Selected candidates undergo a rigorous training program lasting for a specified two-month period. At the end of a two-month training period, a crucial assessment is conducted to determine if the candidate has acquired the necessary skills for a dispatcher role. This evaluation focuses on communication, situational awareness, and decision-making under pressure. Success in this assessment is pivotal for the candidate's progression in assuming the responsibilities of a dispatcher, serving as a key milestone in their journey.
